You must provide the following:

- Description of the problem you're facing with the device
- Confirmation that the issue wasn't caused by misuse
- Pictures of the issues
We will contact you within 24 hours and provide further instructions. We'll send you a free shipping label and inspect the device in our lab to ensure accuracy and honesty. If everything goes well, we will issue you a refund. If the details you provided were misleading or inaccurate, we will return the device back to you.
