Initiating a Refund

If you want to initiate a refund, contact us using the form below. To possibly be eligible for a refund, the device must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

You must provide the following:

  • Order number (if possible)
  • Description of the problem you're facing with the device
  • Confirmation that the issue wasn't caused by misuse
  • Pictures of the issues

We will contact you within 24 hours and provide further instructions. We'll send you a free shipping label and inspect the device in our lab to ensure accuracy and honesty. If everything goes well, we will issue you a refund. If the details you provided were misleading or inaccurate, we will return the device back to you.

Selling Your Device

If you want to sell your device, use the contact form below. Please mention:

  • Device make and model
  • Storage capacity
  • Cosmetic condition
  • Any issues with the device
  • Pictures of the Device

We will answer within 24 hours or less and quote you with a price that you can either accept or decline. If you accept, we will take the phone into our lab. If everything goes well, we will pay you out. If there are any inaccuracies or details were misleading, we will make a counter offer that you can either accept or decline. If you decline, we will send the device back with free shipping.

Before selling, ensure:

  • The device is factory reset
  • SIM card is unlocked
  • Package well to avoid any damages during shipping
